PERSONAL LETTER   Dear Khayla, Heyyy! It’s been so long since we last talked, and I just wanted to reach out because I miss you so much! How have you been? How’s everything going for you? College life has been a whirlwind, but I’ve been enjoying it so far. I’m studying RadTech at Davao Doctors College, and guess what? Even though this wasn’t my first choice, I’m actually starting to love it! I’ve been acing my quizzes (which still feels surreal), and I’m really getting the hang of it. It’s tough, but somehow, it feels rewarding. But honestly, no matter how busy things get, I still miss our high school days—our random hangouts, our endless chikas, and just being around you. I hope we can catch up soon when we’re both free! Let’s plan something, okay? I’d love to hear all about what you’ve been up to. Take care always, and message me when you can! Love, Rona Marie 💛 BUSINESS LETTER  Rona Marie E. Paderes Baranngay 7-A, Lastimosa Alley Davao City rmpaderes@davaodoctos.ed...

God’s Plan: Finding Meaning in My Chosen Path by: Rona Marie E. Paderes         Choosing a college program is one of the biggest decisions in life, and to be honest, Radiologic Technology wasn’t my first choice. I had always dreamed of taking Biology as my pre-med course, but life had other plans. At first, I felt lost, questioning why I ended up here. But as time passed, I started to believe that this is God’s will. Even though this path was unexpected, I am learning to embrace and love it. Here are five heartfelt reasons why I chose to stay and pursue this journey.           First, practicality played a huge role in my decision. My uncle, a nurse, once told me that if I truly wanted to become a doctor, I should choose a pre-med course that could stand on its own, in case I changed my mind. His words lingered in my heart, and I realized that Radiologic Technology is a stable profession that provides a strong foundation for my future, re...

The Role of Bias in Technical Writing

OUTPUT #2 The Role of Bias in Technical Writing By: Rona Marie E. Paderes 1. How can bias impact the credibility and accuracy of a technical document? 💗I think bias in technical writing makes it less trustworthy because it only tells one side of the story instead of presenting the full truth. Readers won’t be able to rely on it since it’s not fair or accurate. It’s like spreading misinformation—if a writer is biased, the document loses its credibility and won’t be useful for research or professional purposes. No one wants to read something that feels one-sided, especially when they need facts. Back when I was a campus journalist, I had to make sure my news articles were fair and factual because being biased could get me disqualified. The same goes for technical writing—it has to be clear, neutral, and based on facts so people can actually trust it. 2. What strategies can writers use to avoid bias and maintain objectivity? 💗To avoid bias, I think writers should make sure they’re ...

OUTPUT #1 Time Management as a Medical Student: Own Your Time, Own Your Future By: Rona Marie E. Paderes💗 My name is Rona Marie E. Paderes, an aspiring medical professional currently studying Radiologic Technology. Since childhood, I have dreamed of working in a hospital and making a difference in people’s lives. Now, I am on this challenging yet fulfilling journey, determined to succeed. Balancing academics, self-care, and time management is crucial for me. Here’s how I stay organized and motivated to achieve my goals. 1. Study Strategies📚 Studying in a medical-related course requires structure and organization. I have developed a habit of listing all the tasks I need to accomplish daily, arranging them from the most important to the least important. Each subject has different demands, so prioritizing is key. My major subjects always come first since they require the most effort and are crucial for my future. This strategy has been with me since my senior high school days at De...
