[PREFINALS] Personal & Business Letters
PERSONAL LETTER
Dear Khayla,
Heyyy! It’s been so long since we last talked, and I just wanted to reach out because I miss you so much! How have you been? How’s everything going for you?
College life has been a whirlwind, but I’ve been enjoying it so far. I’m studying RadTech at Davao Doctors College, and guess what? Even though this wasn’t my first choice, I’m actually starting to love it! I’ve been acing my quizzes (which still feels surreal), and I’m really getting the hang of it. It’s tough, but somehow, it feels rewarding.
But honestly, no matter how busy things get, I still miss our high school days—our random hangouts, our endless chikas, and just being around you. I hope we can catch up soon when we’re both free! Let’s plan something, okay? I’d love to hear all about what you’ve been up to.
Take care always, and message me when you can!
Love,
Rona Marie 💛

Subject: Request for Grade Clarification
Dear Ma’am Castro,
Good day! I hope you are doing well. I am writing to kindly request clarification regarding my final grade in your subject. I was surprised to see that I received a 75, as I have been consistently present in class, actively participating, and performing well in my quizzes, most of which had only one to two mistakes. I have also made sure to submit all my outputs with great effort.
I would appreciate it if you could explain how my grade was computed and if there was an oversight. If possible, I would also like to ask if my grade can be reviewed. Additionally, I would love to know if there are any areas I can improve on or any tips you could share to help me perform even better.
Thank you for your time and consideration, Ma’am. I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Rona Marie E. Paderes
